It’s ok to shop around for the best deals. We do it every day. Fortunately, the rise of online price matching systems and places like Amazon has made it relatively quick and easy to get a good price.

We do it all the time. Our brain is thinking: “I need this item or service and how little can I pay for it?” Even in grocery shopping, I’ve lost count the amount of times I just know that something is going to be on sale in a few weeks’ time, so I’ve held off buying it and then get that good feeling knowing I’m right buying it on the discount off the shelves when that time arrives. Alternatively, that nice feeling when you get a discount code through email and it makes you buy. Furthermore, you are constantly scanning for generic brands that allegedly taste or do the same thing to get that little bit extra off the price. The end result is EVERYONE LOVES A DEAL and these days we have all come to expect one. Again, this is fine, just remember and ask yourself one thing. Are you substituting quality for cost? With bigger purchases, it’s worth paying that little bit more for quality.
